WOW Factors India Pvt. Ltd. rests its foundation on a Nobel Prize Winning concept of "Split Brain Theory". The organisation is a parent subsidary of NBI(R) (Neethling Brain Instruments) in South Africa, founded by Dr. Kobus Neethling. Dr Roger Sperry's Split Brain Theory in 1981 concluded that our brain is divided into two hemispheres Left & Right. The left part governs the right part of the body and vice versa. The left brain is a "linguistic" and "logical" brain while the right brain is a "visual" and "intuitive" brain. Dr. Neethling has carried forward his research and divided brain into 2 quadrants each for two hemispheres. There are particular traits of each of these quadrants that govern our preffered way of thinking, how we make decisions, choose carrers, perform tasks, et al. Each one of us is functional in all the quadrants but have dominace in any two of them.
