Kooper Family Rye is a meticulously crafted blend of our fifteen-month-old high rye and our four-year-old straight rye, aged slowly and married in small batches by our small family. Our unique rye whiskeys undertake a long, slow journey, patiently maturing in the powerful and moody Texas climate before being carefully blended together, along with a measure of pure Limestone filtered Texas spring water.
