The Uncharted Leadership Institute was formed by award-winning author Diana Renner and Andrew Stevens to help leaders and organisations be more effective in complexity. We do this through a combination of consulting, teaching and research. We believe great leadership is more than skillfully applying your knowledge and expertise. It is about successfully navigating the uncharted waters beyond the edge of current competence.
