Ellyn's love of connecting with people and Sam's affinity for sales found them quick success in the industry. Sam & Ellyn's son, Josh Zimber, joined the family business in 2010 as the President of Black Sheep Branding Solutions, a division focused on modernizing the business and expanding the company's offerings to include e-commerce, kitting, warehousing and fulfillment services.
