As masters of mentoring, we shape thinking, inspire achievement and create future leaders by using structured, dialogue-based teaching methods to develop traits and behaviours for success. We believe in a society where individual capabilities and aspirations are maximised to leave a legacy of personal achievement and community impact. We nurture critical reasoning and creative problem-solving as the foundation to academic achievement in schooling, university and future careers. We help students identify aptitude early on and plan for future personal successes. We encourage students to build resilience, confidence and determination to overcome barriers to self-development. Since 2006, we have run a highly successful Oxbridge Mentoring Programme (OMP) which academically stretches students. Through the OMS, students gain broader subject knowledge, an understanding of how to answer Oxbridge-style questions and self-confidence in any interview scenario.
