CASSE Community Health Institute's mission is to provide personalized, high-quality care on an as-needed or preventative basis. The Council for the Advancement of Social Services and Education (CASSE) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that identifies, designs, implements, coordinates, and evaluations programs in order to improve the quality of life in the communities served with dignity and respect by providing a continuum of care.
