We use online resources for almost everything in our lives, from filing our taxes and paying everyday bills, to shopping. It only makes sense that we should be able to create a sensitive, personal agreement such as a prenup online. The HelloPrenup platform was developed by legal professionals working in the family law field, implementing the input of seasoned divorce lawyers, with decades of experience in drafting and defending prenups. HelloPrenup was created after it's founder witnessed firsthand the tremendous cost associated with hiring lawyers, drafting and negotiating all aspects of the prenup and getting the attorneys on board and working efficiently. She realized that, because most couples are discussing and drafting prenups while simultaneously planning the details of their big day or dream honeymoon, the process for creating a prenup had to be less stressful, more efficient, and a lot more cost effective. Together with her years of legal training and experience, and the direction of seasoned divorce attorneys, HelloPrenup was born!
