Odd Langdalen Fruits & Vegetables Wholesale AS was established in 1961 by Odd Langdalen, and is now run by the second generation. The company is a privately owned independent wholesaler in fruit, berries and vegetables as well as associated product groups. Langdalen has a direct connection with Norwegian and international manufacturers, and is a shareholder in the purchasing organisations Interfrukt A/L and PanBanan BA. This ensures high availability, high quality and competitive prices throughout the year. Its customers are in the foodservice industry, free-standing merchants and in the public sector. The company operates nationwide and has departments at Langhus south of Oslo, Trondheim, Bodø and Tromsø, as well as partners in Bergen, Stavanger and Tvedestrand. Its processing company Fresh Cut AS and the fruit basket company Frukthaven AS are also part of the group. In 2017, the turnover will be NOK 400-500 million. Langdalen is located in new, modern premises at Langhus, 20 kilometers outside of Oslo, Norway
