MCM is owned and operated by Michael McMillan a NC Unlimited Licensed Residential Builder Michael McMillan has built multi-million dollar show homes, complex additions and small interior and exterior renovations with a consistent focus on sustainable design, process and construction details. Michael was an early innovator of the building sciences and green building in the Charlotte market. Michael and his wife Kathleen built their personal home in 2003 which was certified through the Environments for Living Program by Advanced Energy Corporation.
