Applicable for large audiences down to individual set pieces for specific problems, all to improve outcomes, manage risk and create an agile mind-set culture. We believe an agile mind-set, when applied correctly, allows enhanced collaboration and improved outcomes, providing more focus around the customer values and empowering leaders with the tools to give direction to grow the business. We have worked in the Financial/Commercial market sectors for over 18 years, over 8 years working / leading agile change delivery/transformations. During this time we’ve lead teams & multi-million £ projects, coached Internal/external stakeholders and vendors and delivered strategic goals/programs, within budgets and timelines using methods such as scrum, Kanban, lean and XP.
