The purpose of deb. is to increase the equality in the boardroom and all their positions by lifting women to the board room by providing education and training within board work, tech and diversity. Deb is a one-year program were you get the opportunity to develop your board work skills through education, meet ups and trainee work. As a participant you will get the opportunity to network with board working people and together deep dive into and develop your board work. Deb are looking for partners that believes in the power of diverse boards and want to help us in our journey to increase equality in boards.
