Strategic Solutions Consulting is a family owned business that was founded in 2001 by Shipra Seefeldt. Shipra's daughter Anjali, and son Greg joined the firm as consultants in 2010 and 2011. Since then, the Seefeldts have worked with many family owned and privately held businesses in various industries and locations. They have developed an intergenerational model of consulting and a multi-disciplinary team approach to facilitate successful transitions in the family and in the business. Recently, Strategic Solutions Consulting welcomed Shom Sen and Kathy Glick, two consultants with highly specialized backgrounds, to expand their depth and areas expertise to better serve their clients. SSC's services focus on enhancing business performance, creating sustainable organizational change and resolution of highly adversarial situations of family and business conflict.
