The Community Technology Project

www.comm-tech.org

Not for profit Charity empowering people across the digital divide with ethical commitment and local focus. Comm-tech provides IT support services to business, charities, non-profit organisations and community groups. We help people and communities to share the benefits of the information age. We promote open source software and standards so people can share information and communicate freely, because information technology belongs to everyone. We have been helping organisations get the most from their IT equipment and to improve their computer skills since 1994. We have grown because we value long term customer relationships over the profit centred approach. Working our way, Customers trust us to get on and make sure their IT just works. Our approach is about working together, using plain language and keeping customers informed about the work we do for them. COMPUTER RECYCLING Our redundant IT collections service for organisations is second to none and covers all of London. Yes, Emergency/Next Day is possible! Many of our services are delivered through the use of recycled equipment. By promoting and facilitating re-use of IT equipment, we help reduce the environmental impact of electronic waste, contribute to the long term sustainability of the electronics industry and provide affordable equipment for those who need it. If you can't find what you need on our site, call us and we will probably be able to point you in the right direction!
