I saw investment opportunities in Las Vegas and began to purchase properties in the area in 1989. I relocated in 1992. During the following year I developed two shopping centers and have been involved in the local real estate market ever since. Over the past 20 years in Las Vegas, I have owned and operated over 15 retail businesses along Las Vegas Boulevard (The Strip), and over 25 commercial and residential properties, none of which have taken a loss. I have also built strong relationships with several franchised companies of which have remained loyal tenants to this day. I have been involved in several high-rise projects from the ground-up to entitlement, and have completed many successful land deals. In 2008 I purchased a hotel on Las Vegas Boulevard and was able to turn the property around through strategic partnerships as well as government backing, even through a USA economic crisis. During that time, I established and currently remain on the Board of Veteran’s Village, a non-profit organization housing U.S. veterans in need. From that point forward, we have succeeded beyond our maximum occupancy to the point of expansion. In terms of my specialties, I focus on ground development, entitlement, acquisitions, and management of in-house properties. I have worked with several investors overseas and am also knowledgeable in tax benefits and corporate organizations for non-U.S. residents. I maintain close and personal relationships within the banking industry as well as within local government, and I pride myself in being able to maintain long-lasting relationships with my investors.
