The Pomona Unified School District welcomes families, men, women, children, and adolescents to our Family Support and Resource Center. We provide services to help families improve the quality of their lives and establish homes that allow children to thrive. We assist homeless students from pre-school to grade 12 enroll, attend and succeed in school. The primary goal is to eliminate the barriers that stand in the way of school success for the homeless children of Pomona. We reach out the families and individuals by actively partnering and collaborating with the community. Affiliations include hospitals and health centers, substance abuse programs, and family welfare agencies.
