The primary mission of the Arab American Arbitration Center is to enhance alternative dispute resolution culture not only within the Arab community in North America but also across the world. However, companies, businesses, merchants, investors, or individuals at a dispute do not have to be member of the Arab community to make the AAAC their first choice for resolving their small, large and complex disputes. It is the principal goal of the AAAC to spare all stakeholders at a dispute (i.e. companies, businesses, merchants, investors, or individuals) lengthy and protracted litigation proceedings at courts. The AAAC provides efficient, flexible and impartial administration of arbitration as well as a broad variety of ADR services. Such panoply of dispute resolution services is targeting all categories of companies, investors, businessmen, merchants, and individuals. The AAAC dispute resolution clauses are tailored to best meet the needs of parties to a dispute and are available to be incorporated in their contracts or to be agreed upon after the arising of a dispute. The AAAC Dispute Resolution Rules are available in several languages, namely in English, Arabic, and Spanish.
