Young Mongolian Professionals Association was established and incorporated in Virginia, USA in 2009 as a nonprofit, tax-exempt 501(c)3 organization in the United States (EIN 27-1052813, entity ID 3827763), exclusively for educational and developmental purposes; and ran its activities in the USA from 2009-2015... Since 2019 Young Mongolian Professionals Association, now “YOUTHinc”. has been re-established in Mongolia as a social enterprise, NGO with a mission to build a sustainable, inclusive membership based platform that bridges the gap between youth and employers to connect and grow together; built its office, and soft launched its website https://www.youthinc.mn/, and has been successfully implementing its pilot programs since 2020. YOUTHinc.’s vision is to become a representative organization of young Mongolian professionals who are creating healthier, meaningful lives and competence through effective partnerships, activities and projects such as INTERNSHIP PROGRAM for professional development and practical work experience; BFIT program for personal development and promoting healthy lifestyle; Schlolarship program, STUDY TOURS with partnering organizations and other soft skills, capacity building and networking with prospective employers and businesses... From 2020-2022, YOUTHinc served as the official coordinating organization for the Mongolia Decent Work for Youth Network (DWYN), which is composed of 17 governmental and non‐governmental civil society organizations working in the field of youth development, employment, and labor rights in Mongolia. The network aims to promote decent work and rights at work among young people in Mongolia through improved cooperation and partnerships.
