We are a team of positive psychology practitioners who believe in the power of humans to positively impact our world. Yet those who do the most caring, healing, and serving are often forgotten themselves - resulting in burnout and depleted well-being. We know this because we’ve been there. Working in international development for causes close to our hearts, we thought we’d found life-long careers. But we quickly learned that passion and purpose are necessary and insufficient for flourishing at work. We needed skills to set boundaries, strategies for self-care, and the knowledge of how to live well. Our biggest lesson: We couldn’t sustainably care for others until we knew how to care for ourselves. Pulling from positive psychology - the study of human flourishing - and our own experience, we deliver research-based workshops and programming shown to increase resilience and enhance well-being. From small nonprofits to large social enterprises, we elevate the human potential of helping professionals around the world - helping others, help others.
