Hi, I'm Jay, a UI/UX designer located in Las Vegas, Nevada. People say, when you find a job you absolutely love doing, then it ceases to be a job —I feel I'm one of those lucky ones. I don't even know why I stuck with the management degree during my college days but I noticed the trend during group projects when I would always be the one assigned to design the PowerPoint presentations, websites, magazines, and the like. Hey, I didn't mind that at all. 10 Plus 12 Designs was initially conceptualized in 2009, but did not push into high gear because of how busy I became with my day job and life itself veered into a different direction. I would get small, yet rewarding side projects here and there, which kept the dream of 10 Plus 12 Designs alive.
