LSTT is a training company, endeavouring to fulfill trained manpower needs & other training needs of the corporates for increasing productivity in business acquisition roles like handling end customers (retail & institution) and handling distribution channels (dealer, agent, DSA) as well as support function roles. LSTT is funded by NSDC (National Skil Development Corporation), a Govt of India body, set up in 2009 by the then Finance Minister Mr. Pranab Mukherjee. NSDC is tasked to help train and place 150 Mn Indian youth over the next decade. LSTT is mandated by NSDC to train and place 1.1L candidates in the next decade.
