Care is an increasingly complex discipline. One person cannot have all the knowledge and skills. Every day, more or less serious incidents are caused by human errors: communication problems, organizational problems, poorly adapted work environments.... So, we propose to take this human factor better into account in our practice: we want to change our habits, use new tools, new methods. This is not an issue at the margins: lives can be saved. We are doctors, nurses, pilots, sociologists, simulation trainers, and together we want to put safety and humility at the heart of our actions. We do not have all the solutions: they are in every hospital, in every department, in every cabinet. Welcome to our think tank on the human factor in healthcare!
