Manager By The Minute was founded by Jim Austin and Lisa Austin as a resource center to improve client organizations' performance by investing in their people. We develop and deliver training that will improve organizational performance to supervisors, managers, and promotable candidates. We facilitate learning by delivering training suited to adult learning styles. Participants work in teams to explore the risks and rewards associated with simulated work situations. We facilitate measurable learning outcomes. Our mission is to help organizations measurably improve their effectiveness by investing in their people; and to achieve measurable results by training supervisors and managers in progressive, step-by-step learning sessions.
