TSPOON is an architectural and urban design firm, that operates through projects, processes, installations, research and publications. TSPOON is a small tool that produces processes. Whatever the scale of intervention is, the aim of TSPOON’s experimentation is to create ecosystems resulting from the interaction between general strategies and the minute and multiple nature of everyday life. The project is an open grid of possibilities capable of absorbing and catalyzing mutations, transformations and re-appropriations in a continuous dialectic process between space and inhabitants. TSPOON is a company that over years has developed skills in the fields of: architectural design, strategic planning, territorial master planning for sustainable urban development, urban requalification, regeneration and enhancement, territorial planning and landscape design, development of integrated systems of sustainable mobility, public space design, temporary installations, coordination and management of participatory planning, social innovation and smart city. T SPOON has been awarded in several international and national competitions, recently for an urban park and public space for the Villaggio Olimpico in Rome (second place) and for Cavalcavia Bussa International Design Competition (winner). Within other important competitions we can mention the YAP-Young Architects Program promoted by Moma and Maxxi Museums with Markethall (finalist), Predazzo a strategic plan for sustainable mobility (second price), Europan 12 (special mention), and Al Adhamiya Baghdad Competition (third price).
