Founder Nadine Pfautz (https://www.linkedin.com/in/nadinepfautz/) has more than 30 years' experience creating, developing, and managing the human resource function in both start-ups and more mature companies within the profit, nonprofit, and public arenas. She has significant experience formalizing and implementing personnel policies, procedures, and programs and addressing employee relations concerns. Ms. Pfautz holds an M.S. degree in Training and Development and has more than 20 years' experience as a college adjunct faculty member and seminar presenter. She is certified through the Human Resources Certification Institute as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and through the Society of Human Resource Management as a Senior Certified Professional.
