TechGrind Venture Capital has a simple investment mandate which sets key criteria for both seed and series-A follow-on investments. Most of our investments will be into our incubated companies, but we have no limited investment mandate and can invest in any startup that meets our criteria. Criteria for investment includes things such as: * Startup must have a $bn potential. (problem * market + vision > $1bn) * Startup must have at least 2 (co)founders. * Founding team must reach at least 80% of executional role coverage - though we prefer as close to 90% as possible. ("The 90 percentile founding team") * Startup must have a minimum of 1 MVP launch and 1 pivot with data and metrics tracking.
