MGTN offers women more than advice and information -- it delivers unmatched perspective, significant networking opportunities, actionable hope and empowerment. MGTN meets the growing needs of women transitioning across all sectors and leverages an already-existing pool of nearly 5000 women from around the world who have taken the GETTING TO NEXT workshops/symposia over the past 20 years. With scores of military women retiring annually, MGTN gives recognition to these women who, historically, have been overlooked and undervalued and validates the effective transference of acquired leadership skills across other sectors. MGTN’s programmatic structure is unique among the more than 1000 associations/organizations servicing the military as it provides the essential first step in-depth transformational services. MGTN strives to stimulate the economy by serving companies who recognize the need for the discipline, loyalty, work ethic, integrity and leadership skills that military women offer. Finally, MGTN underscores and complements Michelle Obama’s philanthropic efforts to help military families with transition under the Philanthropy-Joining Forces Impact Pledge. MGTN is filling a gap and providing a viable mechanism for today’s leadership women to have more seats at the table!
