SSA Academy is an established learning solution company. We started in 1986 providing corporate courses in conjunction with our management consultancy service. When the Workforce Development Agency was set up in 2005 by the Singapore government, we were appointed as one of the pioneer-approved training organisations offering Workforce Skill Qualification (WSQ) courses. SSA Academy has been a key player of the Singapore government’s *WSQ programme since its launch as a national competency-based skills development and certification system in 2005. *The Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) is a national credential system that trains, develops, assesses, and certifies skills and competencies for the workforce. SSA Academy has helped create WSQ training programmes such as Workplace literacy and numeracy, Workplace Skills, and Generic Manufacturing skills. SSA today offers seven holistic WSQ Programmes SSA Academy continues to develop new courses, exploring different training delivery modes and applying new instructional methods to meet the learning and developmental needs of our learners and organisational clients.
