We are a couple of architects and thinkers who bond over exploring the unknown. We are a compact team with less members than the number of letters in the word smartvoll. We work on the last floor of an old building overlooking the beautiful skyline of Vienna. We love designing and we love that a design process is a fluid, vivid and ever-changing flow of things happening simultaneously. We believe in a strong and simple concept and vision. We think that form is the result of testing geometry against the content and principles we established with the concept. This is not a one-way street. Concept can change form and the findings of geometry testing can influence the concept – you simply must stay agile on your feet. And basically, that is exactly what we do.
