TotaLand.com is an internet database application catering to the landman industry. Landmen do their day-to-day work online--setting up tracts, contracts, parties, instruments, wells and units, maintaining notes and statuses and generating contracts, maps and reports. Chain of title, scanned instruments, executed documents and other files are uploaded for sharing in a secure environment. Everyone with access can view, download and comment on progress. Entire project can be downloaded for further processing by Client. Saves a tremendous amount of paperwork, and allows landmen to focus on what they do best--research, negotiation and deal closing. We are not a brokerage, but we provide the technology to help brokerages provide the highest possible level of service to their clients, and we allow oil and gas, seismic and pipeline companies to handle large amounts of data while saving costs. We can also help clients capture and report on land rights taken by more traditional methods.
