Community Hubs Australia Incorporated works to develop a socially cohesive Australia. Our goal is to help culturally diverse people, however they came here, to integrate into Australian communities. Hubs are recognised as a leading model to support the engagement and support of migrant women with young children. The key to their success is due to the team of Hub Coordinators, Hub Leaders, and volunteers, and to the school Principals and leadership teams.
