www.latinasleadingtomorrow.orgLatinas Leading Tomorrow, (LLT) is a non-profit organization founded in 2004 in Arlington, Virginia that originated as an after-school program at Wakefield High School by Latina students and their counselor, Madeline LaSalle. The program was created to address the growing needs of young, first-generation, and college-bound Latinas between ages 11-18, and provide Latina role models, professionals from the DC metro area to guide them through the process. Since its inception, LLT has provided services for approximately 1,300 students and their families.
