By that time, Geert had about 4 years of audit experience at Arthur Andersen and 8 years experience working as the CFO of a media agency. During that time, his vision on how a media audit should occur clearly took shape. The company he has built up in a short time has four solid cornerstones: objectivity, integrity, confidentiality and professionalism. These principles are sacred to anyone working at fma. In 2014, fma was given a new look, with the caption 'forging alliances'. Two powerful words that touch the very DNA of the company: fma continuously works on forging alliances among business partners and it has managed to do so since the start of the company. Early 2015, the structure in the Netherlands was further embedded with the incorporation of fma the Netherlands, under the management of Henk Plessius. Henk also has an audit background, he has a little over 4 years of audit experience at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and subsequently worked as the CFO of one of the largest media companies in the Netherlands, for almost 15 years. Geert and Henk share their passion for media and marketing, but they also share a vision on how an assessment is to be performed. The Netherlands and Belgium constitute a single, strong party sharing the same vision and clear values.
