We will be offering a variety of cases, including IM=X reformer and floor pilates, IM=X yoga, IM=X Platform, IM=X Hybrid Class, etc. We are not your typical Pilates program! IM=X offers Pilates reinvented, re-choreographed, and reconstructed to include and blend other physical disciplines, such as Mat Pilates, Yoga, Ballet, Cycling, Job Boards, and Platforms. IM=X uses plyometric Sequences, Interval Training, and Heart Rate Training techniques. We use Five Fundamentals for Spinal Fitness in our formats, as well as Scientific Research and Alexander Technique. The Strength Training Component in our formats and programs leads to faster results with fatigue-oriented sequencing for more efficient work outs! Our Cardio Hybrid formats are designed for increased calorie burning! Our equipment, the Xercizer (Reformer), is safer, stronger and patented by IM=X! We can tailor work outs to each individual based on their needs, whether it is: • weight loss • muscle toning • endurance • strength • back pain - our Back Program is designed for prevention and rehabilitation of back pain/injury. • golf • tennis • pregnancy, etc. • and we always work on abs!
