Joiner Architecture was established in response to our changing market and the impact of socioeconomic values on design from aesthetics to ecology. Lessons learned from 10 years of directing design for a large regional developer have influenced our approach to 'smart design' as they apply to architecture, the building process, and community design. The results yield low-impact, environmentally friendly solutions without compromising project goals or design integrity.
