Consolidated in 2017, Complete Group is the amalgamation of complementary drill string and downhole services working together to maximize value and reduce end customer cost. Employing over 50 talented staff members across Alberta and Saskatchewan, the group has grown and widened scope to better exceed customer’s needs going forward. Complete Tubular Products was founded in 2013, aiming to provide a Canadian owned source of drill string tubulars for the oil and gas downhole drilling industry. Formed in 2011, Direct Alloys offered material design and supply solutions for the oilfield manufacturing industry. Complete Manufacturing Services originated in 2006 as KDM Oilfield Manufacturing Ltd, providing manufacturing and repair services of drill stem tubulars and downhole components, later expanding its capabilities to include custom design services and 5-axis CNC machining. In late 2015, Complete Tubular Inspection was launched to inspect and field repair drill string tubulars. Complete Hardfacing Services began as Rock Weld Oilfield Services in 2007 applying and repairing hardbanding to drill string tubulars. In fall 2016, Complete Nondestructive Inspection was formed, expanding inspection services to capture downhole tools and components.
