La Panzanella Artisanal Foods Co.

www.lapanzanella.com

La Panzanella began its journey as a small neighborhood deli in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle, Washington. After years of serving traditional Italian bread to Seattle’s avid foodies, our founder’s grandmother created the first Croccantini flatbread crackers in her home kitchen. As soon as we tried the first crunchy little bite, we knew she had created something special, and before long we started to focus all our efforts on sharing our Croccantini with the world. From these humble roots, we have grown into an international company that produces several different flavors of Croccantini crackers, and the newest edition of Gluten-Free crackers - Toasted Oat Thins. Although we have changed a great deal since those days in the deli, our mission has always been the same: to produce uniquely crafted and always delicious artisan foods. As a small company, we draw our success from supporting one another. Working as a team, we can accomplish more than any one of us ever could alone. Whether in our production plants or in our corporate office, each person at La Panzanella has a very real effect on the future of our company. As we work together to share our passion for artisan-crafted, always delicious products with the world, the only question is: won’t you try a bite?
