Ride for Change
www.mycause.com.auRide for Change is a biennial cycling event and is held in the South West of Australia. The Ride for Change 2022 is a team effort of like-minded cyclists riding their bikes for a chosen charity. This year will see them ride 700 km over 5 days and a total of 8000 meters of elevation in support of the Pindari Restoration House. The ride will leave from Bunbury on Monday, 18th April and travel through the beautiful South West region. The planned route will travel through the Ferguson Valley, Busselton, Dunsborough and the Margaret River areas, then head south to Augusta, north to Nannup, and through to Ballingup, Bridgetown and finally Donnybrook. This initiative has a proud history from humble beginnings in 2013 when riders rode from Albany to Perth raising funds for the Eucalypt Home, which is a facility for people living with special needs and disabilities. Since then, rides in 2015, 2017 and 2019 have raised a cumulative $250,000 in funds for the chosen charities.
