TLC Nursing Associates, a South Burlington based company, has been providing health care staffing solutions to both forprofit and nonprofit organizations throughout Vermont and New Hampshire for over eleven (14) years. TLC’s administrative staff includes Bachelors's and Masters's Degree professionals with over 150 years of combined experience in staffing and business management. Owned by a Registered Nurse, TLC’s leadership possesses a unique understanding of the healthcare field, enabling us to precisely match the needs of our clients with the appropriate staff, drawing from a pool of approximately 300 employees. Among the clients that TLC serves are nursing homes, assisted living facilities, correctional institutions, hospitals, and home health organizations. In order to meet the needs of our diverse clientele, we provide staffing on either an as-needed or contract basis. At TLC we recognize that every client has unique needs. Our first priority is to identify those needs and, working closely with each client, tailor our services in the way best suited to addressing those needs.
