We are driven by technology, and in fact, have customers tell us that we show up as a technology company that happens to deliver plumbing as a product. We do this using processes and practices that we invented that are uncommon in the plumbing industry. We are continuously creating inside our businesses, allowing us to take advantage of computers and software systems that are readily available to everyone but in our industry are not typically adopted or embraced.
