Our Estate and Property Managers live locally to their customers, preferring to spend time at the property and in front of their customers, not in a remote office. As a result, our Estate and Property Managers typically visit the property or estate every week offering the benefit of local service with nationwide coverage. We take steps to not only meet but exceed industry standards and all our Estate and Property managers undertake training and gain accreditation through the IRPM, Institute of Residential Property Managers, as part of their development. Ably supported by the head office team our Estate and Property managers and their colleagues are experts in their field and consistently use their professional skills and experience to better serve, advise and educate our customers.
