The goal of Richland Public Health is to prevent the spread of infectious diseases, promote preventative health care and healthy behaviors, and protect against injuries and environmental hazards. Richland Public Health has services focused on disease and injury prevention, access to health care, environmental protection, health screening and monitoring, emergency preparedness and response, education and health promotion, enforcement of health and safety codes, access to county birth and death record, and communicable disease investigation.
