…the EAUC has been working to advance the US Economic Development Administration’s University Center Program. Over the history of the program it has shown a very strong ROI for the taxpayers’ investment because institutions of higher education are best suited to support and foster positive economic transformation. Proof of these facts is demonstrated by an ever increasing demand by state governors and legislatures on institutions of higher education to be actively engaged in the economic transformation of state and regional economies.
