In 2000, thanks to the confidence of our customers, it has been created a methodology for dynamic management of production flows (CFM) for environments with high product differentiation. Software Tools had been developed to handle "Scenarios," Portfolio analysis, structure definition of Production, Planning tools, Scheduling tools, and Takt charts.
