Blenheims is a specialist Property & Asset Management company with businesses based in London, Bristol & Devon. The Blenheims brand, as managing agents, offers Block Management services and the firm also owns Campions, a successful Lettings and Property Management company. Blenheims Estate & Asset Management Limited was created following a management buyout in 2006 of the Property Management division of a well-regarded London estate agency. The Estate & Asset Management operation was a cornerstone of the original business and Blenheims has built on their reputation for providing high quality service with a personal approach. In 2013, the company acquired The TMS Group - one of the largest block management companies in the South West and combined Blenheims' and TMS' portfolios in this area. 2015 saw TMS brought under the Blenheims brand as it was renamed Blenheims Estate and Asset Management (SW) Limited. Our growth has been carefully managed with a view to not losing sight of our original goal - to build a block management business that is in touch with its clients and treats them as individuals. We aim to maintain that personal approach that set us apart from the very start.
