We utilise uncrewed vehicles (Drones) with specific camera payloads to capture imagery for our client's needs. We have a range of client needs across different industries and provide output generated via multiple methods, inc. cloud storage, USB sticks, portals; raw and/or edited. We aim to provide the required imagery dataset during or at the end of the project phase, but to get those all-important-images, it all starts at the initiation phase. We provide a robust process to gain requirements from our client and ensure that whatever the project dictates, we have safety of the aircraft, other air users and members of the client and public as paramount. To generate content, we use multiple different airframes and camera systems, using both 'traditional COTS' and First Person View (FPV) custom built systems. Whilst each project is individual and bespoke as such, fundamentally the following process is followed; - Understand requirements and confirm - Produce risk assessments and any other required paperwork for approval - Notification to other airspace users and various authorities (Police, ATC etc.) - Data capture - Deliver data Gorilla Drones Ltd is approved by the UK Civil Aviation Authority for day and night commercial operations (up to 25kg aircraft) (Operational Authorisation for Specific category & A2CofC) and we can provide Public Liability Insurance up to £10m.
