We can act as trustee and conservator for clients who no longer have capacity; provide trustee services for special needs clients; and settle estates for those who have passed and currently manage those assets in trust for the heirs. We also manage clients irrevocable life insurance trusts, as well as charitable trusts. Bishop Fiduciary Services also works directly with attorneys and CPAs to provide fiduciary accountings. We prepare probate, trust, conservatorship and guardianship accountings. We've worked with many courts in California.
