I am an advisor and coach. I design for small, medium, and large organizations that seek modern ideas for talent strategy, recruiting strategy, organization design, learning + development, and diversity + belonging. I started Andrea Robb Consulting in 2014, and my largest client, Airbnb, became my employer for 5 years. I then pursued leadership roles at Airbnb and Autodesk, and have recently decided to reopen my practice with a new focus on advisory services to business and educational leaders, to shape the systems at play - which will make work better now and the future. This includes how educational institutions prepare students to be self-aware and resilient. Skills and degrees are not the biggest predictors of success in work, and I believe there are clues in there as to what we need for the workforce of the future. My consulting work focuses on talent strategy, organization design, coaching, team facilitation, and education.
