Who we Are: We are a home dialysis team passionate about bringing the freedom of home hemodialysis to renal patients. We believe that while dialysis is not a choice, having the choice to remain independent should be. Many dialysis patients have a misconception that home dialysis means they will have to perform their own dialysis, but with staff assisted dialysis, our licensed nurse performs the dialysis.
