The workshop is equipped with CNC machine tools (lathes & millings), welding equipment, radial and band saws, CNC shear and plasma cutting machine. The company specializes itself in the manufacturing of specialty equipment for aluminium smelter and non-ferrous (zinc, copper, magnesium) industries; aluminium busbars, positive risers, anode beams, anode stems, superstructures. Lefebvre Engineering FZC has also develop a partnership to manufacture specialty anode rodding shop equipment: stub cleaning machines, butt cleaning machines, robot stub welding systems, stub straightening press, stub equalizing machine, semi-automatic casting machines and electric ladle heaters. Lefebvre Engineering can also act as a machine builder OEM for technology providers. Lefebvre Engineering also has the capability to fabricate a vast array of equipment such as gas turbine exhaust systems, guillotines, dampers, ducting for the power industry.
