Welcome to our humble slice of paradise. Referred to as 'Mayberry on the Water', our small-town, family-friendly atmosphere has attracted the likes of fellow Floridians and out-of-towners alike. As you walk down the street, everyone says hello. As you drive down the street, everyone waves. Hospitality reigns in our sunshine city. Due to Hurricane Michael, our beloved piece of paradise has suffered significant damage. We are thankful for the outpouring of resources, donations, volunteer services and sincere sympathy that the nation has shown our town. Our community's resilience continues to shine as citizens rebuild their homes, reopen beloved businesses and implement planned recovery efforts. If you would like to make a monetary contribution toward the rebuilding of Mexico Beach, you can do so through the Mexico Beach Artificial Reef Association. MBARA is the City's 501(c)(3) partner. All funds received from MBARA will be used to match federal or private grants and programs that will help rebuild our infrastructure.
